Cancellation and Refund Policy

Request for cancellation must be received by email at info@erlc.ca.

Cancellations received 7 days prior to the session start date will be given a registration fee refund minus the administrative fee of $25.00.

Cancellations received within the 7 days of the session start date will not be refunded.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you are unable to attend, you can send someone in your place by contacting info@erlc.ca.

Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.

ERLC reserves the right to cancel programs if minimum numbers are not met. Fees will be refunded in full.

ERLC reserves the right to turn away walk in participants who have not pre-registered on the session date.
