About this Learning Opportunity
How uplifting leadership “uplifts” organizations, teams, and communities (and raise innovation and performance)!
Do your school innovation efforts mobilize and develop the talents of your team? In Uplifting Leadership in Action, Andy Hargreaves shares real-life strategies and results of leaders and educational systems who have used six factors of leadership to propel entire organizations, teams, and communities forward. Success stories from seven years of research and work around the world illustrate how educators can use a small number of specific actions to raise performance.
Uplifting Leadership in Action addresses how to:
- Forge paths of innovation and improvement that others have overlooked or rejected
- Monitor progress by using metrics and indicators in a mindful and meaningful way
- Build teams that naturally pull people into change rather than pushing them through it
- Implement your change stance for sustainable success
- Establish support networks that fulfill principles of collective accountability
Learn the six factors of leadership, tools, and performance-driven strategies that work in diverse organizations!
Andy will tour Alberta on May 11, 2015 in Calgary through the Calgary Regional Consortium (CRC) and May 12, 2015 in Grande Prairie through the Northwest Regional Learning Consortium (NRLC). More information for these provincial offerings at:
